A confirmation email will be sent to you once the order is authorized and verified. Once the payment is verified, the order cannot be canceled or changed within this sort of time. However, we will do our best to support your request.
It normally takes 3-7 business days to process your order. Please note that holidays & weekends are not included. It takes longer for us to process pre-ordered items, please refer to our preorder page for more detailed information. If items are prepared in 24 hours in your order, then we can ship it in one day.
Shipment takes approximately 10 to 15 business days to reach destination cities of INDIA. Once your order is shipped out, an email notification with an International e-packet tracking number will be sent to you.

We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time-to-time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at the time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfill the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the backordered item or if you would prefer for us to process a refund.
Shipping costs are pre-calculated during checkout based on the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase. This price will be the final price for the shipping cost to the customer.
Your order will get delivered within 7-15 business days depending on your location in India. In some cases, it may take longer to receive the shipment depending on the accessibility of your location.

For change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched.

Parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the value as stated by the courier.
We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has conducted an investigation and deemed the parcel lost.
